Ingredients:

- 2 bags of white chocolate chips

- 2 eggs

- One 8-ounce package of cream cheese

- 1 cup powdered sugar

- Strawberries (as desired)
- Chocolate Syrup (as desired)
Directions:
For the Cream Cheese Filling:
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and one bag of white chocolate chips.
- Set aside while cooking crepes.
For the Crepes:
- Melt one bag of white chocolate chips in microwave for 1 minute. Make sure all white chocolate chips are fully melted.
- Add milk and flour and whisk into white chocolate chips.
- Whisk in two eggs, beating until mixture is fluffy.
- Pour one and a half tablespoons of mixture into hot pan and cook until bubbles form in crepe.
- Flip carefully, being cautious not to burn your fingers or hand.
- Cook for approximately 20 more seconds.
- Lay flat to cool.
- Fill with cream cheese mixture and stack using parchment paper to separate.
- Remove parchment paper before serving. Garnish with strawberries and chocolate syrup as desired.
