White-Chocolate-Chip-Crepes-with-Cream-Cheese-Filling

For the Cream Cheese Filling:

  1. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and one bag of white chocolate chips.
  2. Set aside while cooking crepes.

For the Crepes:

  1. Melt one bag of white chocolate chips in microwave for 1 minute. Make sure all white chocolate chips are fully melted.
  2. Add milk and flour and whisk into white chocolate chips.
  3. Whisk in two eggs, beating until mixture is fluffy.
  4. Pour one and a half tablespoons of mixture into hot pan and cook until bubbles form in crepe.
  5. Flip carefully, being cautious not to burn your fingers or hand.
  6. Cook for approximately 20 more seconds.
  7. Lay flat to cool.
  8. Fill with cream cheese mixture and stack using parchment paper to separate.
  9. Remove parchment paper before serving. Garnish with strawberries and chocolate syrup as desired.
