Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1 15 ounce can tomato sauce
8 ounces small noodles
1 medium onion diced
3 ounce cream cheese
8 ounces sour cream
14 ounces grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Brown ground beef, drain fat, add sugar, pepper, tomato sauce and simmer for 15 minutes. In large bowl mix cream cheese, sour cream and diced onions. In a greased 9 X 13 casserole dish layer 1/2 of noodles and cover with meat sauce, cheese sauce and other 1/2 noodles. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
