Try installing a drop-down screen that hangs from the underside of one of your cabinets. Take your screen a step further so it folds up and is completely hidden. Not only does a screen save counter space, it can also double as a computer. Consider adding a pull-out drawer for a mouse and keyboard. Just remember to always keep your electronics at a safe distance from the sink and stove!
